(1) The Commission may provide financial assistance in the construction of physical structures (facilities) of educational institutions based on the needs and priorities of the institutions.
(2) Organizations seeking financial assistance under this title must fulfill the following conditions: (a) Details of the institution's overall physical structure, financial status, geographical location, subjects to be taught, number of students, etc. should be submitted with the application.
(B) Cost estimate for the physical structure and details of the amount to be borne by you.
(c) Other details specified by the Commission shall also be presented.
